Thornleigh Sports Club

Thornleigh Sports Club is a vibrant community sporting organisation made up of six divisions: baseball, basketball, cricket, netball, football, and softball.

Proudly 100% run by dedicated volunteers, the club brings people of all ages together through a shared passion for sport.

With a strong focus on participation, inclusion, and community spirit, Thornleigh Sports Club aims to encourage both kids and adults to stay active, develop their skills, and enjoy the benefits of being part of a supportive and welcoming sporting environment.

We are all part of the Thornleigh Sports Club Family: One Club - Six Sports!

Regular participation in sport improves physical fitness, boosts mental health, and helps reduce the risk of lifestyle-related illnesses. It encourages people to stay active and maintain healthy habits at all ages.

Health and Wellbeing

Community sport brings people together, fostering friendships, teamwork, and a sense of belonging. It strengthens social ties and helps create inclusive, supportive environments where everyone feels welcome.

Social Connections

Playing sport helps individuals build valuable life skills such as communication, leadership, discipline, and resilience. It also boosts confidence and self-esteem, especially in children and young people.
